Shop to Win - Sport Chek Grand Opening!
1. Minimum $50 purchase must be made to enter or to win. Winner must present valid registered receipt(s) to claim their prize. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. No purchase option available (see #4).
2. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this promotion is Lansdowne Place; located at 645 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough ON K9J 7Y5.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins on November 10th and ends November 24th, 2022. (“End Date”).
4. CONTEST DETAILS: Entry will take place November 10th and end November 24th, 2022. To be entered you must spend a minimum of $50 at Sport Chek's new Lansdowne Place location. Purchases can be made on multiple receipt(s), which must all be presented to claim your prize. Visit lansdowneplace.com or a Guest Services Representative for more info, including contest restrictions and a no purchase option. If participating in a no purchase option, tell us why you would like to WIN a $500 Sport Chek gift card! This can be submitted in writing to a Lansdowne Place Guest Services Representative or online at lansdowneplace.com. Any submission that is considered by sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to be obscene, libelous, hate speech or otherwise objectionable, in whole or in part, will be disqualified and will not be eligible for entry. One no purchase option per day.
5. WINNERS: Two winners will be randomly selected and contacted on November 28th, 2022. The decision of the sponsor is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. NOTICE TO WINNERS: Attempts to notify potential winners will be made by phone. Sponsor is not responsible for communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes must be picked up at Lansdowne Place Guest Services at 645 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough ON. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within 30 days of winning. Any forfeited prize(s) will become the property of Lansdowne Place and may be used and/or disposed of at Lansdowne Place’s sole discretion. The 30-day period includes weekends and holidays. Lansdowne Place business hours are Monday through Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 9:30am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. Lansdowne Place will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit.
7. Winners shall authorize the release of their name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes relating to this contest.
8. Only the prizes as described shall be awarded: One $500 Sport Chek gift card per winner.
9. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees and immediate family members of Primaris REIT, our office component, advertising agencies and other sponsors are excluded.
10. The value of the prizes shall include the amount of any duty, tax, sales tax or other cost. Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances. The value of each awarded prize is $500.
11. Entrants must be a resident of Ontario, Canada only and must be able to pick up their prize from the Lansdowne Place Guest Services kiosk. Prizes cannot be mailed.
