Gift Cards

Visit getmybalance.com or call 1.800.755.8608. You will require the 16-digit card number and 6-digit security code shown on the back of your card. 

Your card can be redeemed at ALL Lansdowne Place stores, services, and restaurants... yes, even the Keg and Real Canadian Superstore.  Plus, your card can be used at any other Primaris Shopping Centre's across Canada! See our other shopping centre locations at primarisgiftcard.com.

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Interac is accepted.

No, our gift cards never expire and there are no fees. However, the plastic on the card does expire. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please visit Guest Services and we will transfer your funds onto a new card.

Notify Guest Services as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the gift card at any time.

Depending on the retailer’s return policy, merchants will give store credit for returns or the funds can be credited back onto your original gift card.
