Couture Candy PTBO - Win 1 of 5 Sweet Prize Packs!
1. Purchases must be made at Couture Candy PTBO - Lansdowne Place Pop-Up location from September 8th to September 29th, 2022. Receipts must be registered on the contest ballot at lansdowneplace.com. One entry per person, per day. Winner must present valid registered receipt(s) to claim their prize. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. No purchase option available (see #4).
2. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this promotion is Lansdowne Place; located at 645 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough ON K9J 7Y5.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins September 8th 2022 and ends on September 29th 2022 (“End Date”).
4. CONTEST DETAILS: Entry will take place between September 8th to September 29th 2022. To be entered you must make a purchase of $10 or more at Couture Candy PTBO - Lansdowne Place Pop-Up location. Visit lansdowneplace.com or a Guest Services Representative for more info, including contest restrictions and a no purchase option. If participating in a no purchase option, tell us why you would like to win a SWEET PRIZE PACK! This can be submitted in writing to a Lansdowne Place Guest Services Representative or online at lansdowneplace.com. Any submission that is considered by sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to be obscene, libelous, hate speech or otherwise objectionable, in whole or in part, will be disqualified and will not be eligible for entry. One no purchase option per day.
5. WINNERS: Five (5) winners will be randomly selected and contacted on September 30th 2022. The decision of the sponsor is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. NOTICE TO WINNERS: Attempts to notify potential winners will be made by phone. Sponsor is not responsible for communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All winners must visit Lansdowne Place Guest Services at 645 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough ON to collect their Lansdowne Place gift card and prize voucher. Voucher can be used to redeem prize box at Couture Candy PTBO - Lansdowne Place Pop-Up location. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed by Monday, October 3rd at 8pm. Any forfeited prize(s) will become the property of Lansdowne Place/Couture Candy PTBO and may be used and/or disposed of at Lansdowne Place/Couture Candy PTBO’s sole discretion. The period includes weekends and holidays. Lansdowne Place business hours are Monday through Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 9:30am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. Lansdowne Place will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit.
7. Winners shall authorize the release of their name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes relating to this contest.
8. Only the prize as described shall be awarded to each winner: One (1) Couture Candy PTBO prize pack ($30 value), containing an assortment of treats and one (1) $50 Lansdowne Place gift card.
9. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees and immediate family members of Lansdowne Place, Primaris REIT, our office component, advertising agencies and other sponsors are excluded.
10. The value of the prize shall include the amount of any duty, tax, sales tax or other cost. Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances. The value of each awarded prize is $80.
11. Entrants must be a resident of Ontario, Canada only and must be able to pick up their prize from the Lansdowne Place Guest Services kiosk. Prizes cannot be mailed.
