Power & Phone:
- 15 amps service
- All electrical cords must be covered. Tape is not permitted on carpet or tiles
- Phone hook up available at most locations - Operator‘s expense
- Any upgrades are at Operator‘s expense
Insurance Requirements: Minimum of $2,000,000 liability insurance coverage naming as additional insureds:
- Lansdowne Place Inc.
- 20 Vic Management Inc.
- Computer Trust Company of Canada
- CDPQ Mortgage Investment Corporation
- A blank form is included in the package that can be forwarded to your insurance broker
Terms for License Agreements:
- Minimum of one week up to a maximum of one year
- November/December is a minimum of an 8 week package deal
